Guangdong stainless steel casting is a forming method in which molten metal is poured into a pre-prepared mold and solidified to obtain a blank or part with a certain shape, size and performance. The blanks or parts obtained by casting methods are collectively referred to as castings. Casting; usually blanks, which can only become parts after processing.


The metal materials used for casting are cast iron, steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, magnesium alloy, etc., among which cast iron is the most widely used. The outer machine of the precision press is cast iron.


The types of coffee machine parts casting can be divided into sand casting and special casting. Sand casting molds are mainly raw sand, with low cost and wide adaptability. It is the most widely used method in casting production recently. Special casting is a special process equipment that uses less sand or no sand when manufacturing molds. Its molded castings have good surface quality, precise dimensions, and high mechanical properties.


Characteristics of casting

1. Casting can produce complex shapes (especially complex inner cavities), such as various precision punch box, frame, bed, engine cylinder, etc.

2. Wide adaptability, almost not restricted by the size, quality, material type and production batch of castings.

3. Casting does not require expensive equipment. There are wide sources of raw materials.

4. There are many casting production processes, and it is difficult to accurately control the quality of castings, and its mechanical properties are generally not as high as forgings. Therefore, it is important to bear dynamic loads or alternating loads. Castings are rarely used at present. In addition, sand casting also has certain problems in terms of productivity, working conditions, and environmental pollution.


Basic process of sand casting

There are many casting methods. The most basic is the casting of stainless steel parts for sand robots. The process includes model making, sand matching, core making, melting metal, box bending, cleaning and inspection, etc. Sand casting is a method in which liquid metal is poured into a sand casting mold, and the casting mold is destroyed and the casting is taken out after it is cold.
