As we all know, when casting parts, the module will become invalid if you are not careful. The formation of obsolescence not only delays the time of the staff, but also wastes the data of the module. However, our country now advocates energy-saving production, which is affected by the national policy. Now many of Dongguan's precision casting industry structures are changing to energy conservation and environmental protection. So what are the methods for energy-saving production in fine casting? 1. Save data and try to reuse it. Because the production of any material requires energy.

2. The large-scale production of fine casting enterprises means that the output of each casting unit is above 5000t. Due to the large output of the enterprise, the working hours of the furnace are long, and the heating energy consumption of the furnace itself can be greatly reduced by spreading the energy consumption per ton of fine castings.

3. Improve the management level and reduce the rejection rate. For example, for a fine casting plant with an annual output of 5000t, every 1% drop in the scrap rate is equivalent to an extra 50t of fine castings. Based on the energy consumption of 400kgee per ton, it can save 20t of standard coal a year, that is, a reduction of 4kgee per ton of fine castings. Energy consumption.

4. Using optimized design and optimized technology to improve the production rate of Dongguan precision castings. Under the premise of ensuring the quality of fine castings, modifying the gating system and using heat-preserving risers can usually increase the export rate. If the export rate can be increased from 60% to 70%, the energy consumption can be reduced by 14.3%.

5. Adopt high compactness molding machine and modern core-making technology to reduce the quality of castings and reduce the machining allowance as much as possible. Practice has proved that high-pressure molding can reduce the quality of castings by 3%-5% compared with manual molding and general machine molding, and the machining allowance can also be maintained at 2-3mm. Reducing the weight not only saves energy in the fine casting workshop, but also reduces the energy consumption of subsequent processing.

6. Adopt energy-saving technological process and rationally organize production. For example, use self-hardening resin sand or surface dry type to replace clay sand drying type to save the energy consumption of drying the mold; strict ingredients, determine the appropriate composition of precision cast steel, adopt an effective incubation plan, and eliminate castings in the as-cast state. The white mouth or hard spots on the upper part can cancel the graphitization annealing process; promote the as-cast ductile iron, requiring that the elongation after fracture is less than 12% should be obtained in the as-cast state; try to use the frequency wave harmonic vibration aging process to remove the reduction Stress thermal aging process.
