Dongguan Precision Castings will give you an idea of what are the deformation phenomena of precision castings?
- 2020-12-29-

Many precision casting companies will experience deformation of precision castings during the production process. This is mainly due to the following 4 main reasons.
Equipment: Mainly wax and wax constant temperature system.
Operation management: mainly embodied in wax product inspection, wax product placement, and finished product warehousing inspection.
Casting cooling: mainly used for cooling and stacking of molds.
Modification: focus on the accuracy of fixtures, press or punch tonnage.
The corresponding treatment suggestions are as follows: 4 points.
Before wax injection, find the required mold in the wax injection room, and start wax injection until the temperature of the mold is the same as the room temperature of the wax injection room (the temperature of the wax injection room should be controlled at a constant temperature according to the corresponding wax quality requirements); There is no need to say more about the temperature of the wax piece, because it is not well controlled or listed directly in the list, and the same is true for the shell.
The wax products should be self-inspected after leaving the warehouse, mainly to check whether there are deformations or other defects in the drafting process; the wax products should be placed in a uniform order, and try to avoid overlapping and hanging; the finished product should be checked with fixtures as much as possible to improve Detect speed and accuracy, and calibrate the fixture according to a certain period.
After the material is discharged, when the mold temperature is still high, avoid overlapping and place it regularly, so that the deformation direction is consistent, which is convenient for shaping and correcting the fashion clip.
The jig for refurbishing castings should be made of hard materials, and the surface should be wear-resistant. For parts with a large local area, the stamping or stamping tonnage should be calculated reasonably to avoid equipment waste or insufficient power.
