5. Adopt high compactness molding machine and modern core-making skills to reduce the quality of castings and reduce the machining allowance as much as possible. Reducing weight not only saves energy in the precision casting workshop, but also reduces the energy consumption of subsequent processing.

6. Adopt energy-saving technological process and rationally organize production. For example, use self-hardening resin sand or surface dry type instead of clay sand drying type to save the energy consumption of drying the mold; strict ingredients, determine the appropriate composition of precision cast steel, adopt effective inoculation programs, and eliminate castings in the as-cast state. To revoke the graphitization annealing process for the white or hard spots on the upper part; to implement as-cast ductile iron, the elongation after fracture is required to be obtained in the as-cast state; try to use the frequency harmonic oscillation aging process to remove the reduction Stress thermal aging process.
