It is mainly used for the overall cleaning of small glass containers or parts. It can be immersed or brushed. When the temperature of the solution is 48-60℃, check every 8 minutes. When the solution is 21-47℃, check every 20 minutes. Until a uniform passivation film is formed on the surface of the stainless steel casting.

For pickling passivation parts, rinse the surface with clean water and clean it, then use acid litmus paper to test and rinse any part of the surface, the pH value is between 6.5-7.5, and then dry or dry with compressed gas.

Various types of oil stains, rust, oxide scale, welding spots and other dirt will remain on the casting surface of stainless steel plates, and after pickling and passivation treatments, they will become balanced and silvery white, which can also improve the corrosion resistance of stainless steel castings. sex.
