The shrinkage rate is the determining factor of the raw material, but the actual shrinkage will be different, which is determined by the shape and structure of the stainless steel casting. Example: A long-edged part as shown in the figure, assuming that the total width of one side and the width of the two sides are wider than the width, then the part cannot produce bending deformation when casting is taken when corresponding measures are taken, but it is not caused by different shrinkage rates. Casting shrinkage rate, also known as casting line shrinkage rate, refers to the percentage of the casting size that becomes smaller during the entire process of condensing and closing.
