Classification of Dongguan Precision Casting Heat Treatment

becauseDongguan Precision CastingThere are a lot of different intentions, and there are a lot of heat treatments. There are two main categories of dividends. The first category is that the arrangement structure will not change through heat treatment or should not be changed. The second is that the fundamental arrangement structure changes. The first heat treatment process is mainly used to eliminate internal stress, which is caused by different cooling conditions and conditions during the stainless steel casting process. The arrangement, strength and other mechanical properties will not change significantly due to heat treatment.


Regarding the second type of heat treatment, there have been obvious changes to the base arrangement, which can be roughly divided into five categories:

1. Softening annealing:Dongguan Precision CastingThe intention is primarily to differentiate carbides, reduce their hardness, and improve processing functions. As for ductile iron, the intention is to obtain more ferrite arrangements.

2. Normalizing treatment: The primary purpose is to obtain pearlite and sorbite to improve the mechanical functions of stainless steel casting.

3. Quenching treatment: The main purpose is to obtain higher hardness or abrasion strength, together with very high surface wear resistance.

4. Surface hardening treatment: the first thing is to obtain the surface hardening layer, together with very high surface wear resistance.

5. Separate hardening treatment:Precision cast steelThe first thing is to achieve high strength without drastic changes in elongation.
